dress gray contacted me to help them establish their brand in construction management and development. They were already working under the dress gray moniker. However, they hadn’t yet clear defined who they were serving, why it was important and how they were different than other construction management firms in the industry.
We began with a Discovery Session where we unearthed what the owner and other stakeholders have already accomplished and how they wanted the dress gray brand to move forward. This was followed by our Strategy Workshop to help us identify the right audience to sharpen the dress gray focus, to clear define what and how dress gray presents to current and potential clients. As part of our Strategy Workshop we interviewed clients to understand how the audience perceived dress gray. Through these methods we gathers a wealth of information to help us clearly make dress gray stand out and succeed.
Only after these processes did we dive into crafting the verbal and visual expression of the dress gray brand. After completed these elements we created a variety of templates to aid in proposals and promotion of the brand.
