Apex Industrial is a group of brokers developing a new process and business to manage industrial real estate leasing, tenant and client relationships. They approached us to help craft a unique brand identity and marketing collateral to stand out and better serve clients.
They wanted a clean, lighter look for their brand to distinguish them from other industrial brokerages. We began by expanding their color palette, solidifying font choices and selecting an imagery style.
After those creative choices were approved, we crafted collateral with voluminous white space. We focused on an eye-leading hierarchy with a high readability font size. Also chunking the written content in small components for at-a-glance reading.
Apex Industrial now has a full and robust brand identity and collateral that will help them stand out among other industrial brokerage firms. We were given a tight timeline but we delivered and provided everything they needs as they started this new endeavor. They have already successfully posted materials at new client properties.
