When new physicians join the Tanner Health System team, part of their promotional package includes an introductory video. It is seen as a chance for patients to get a better feel for who the physicians are and how they will engage with the community they serve.
Video shots involved scouting the location, interviewing the doctor, directing the shoot (interview and b-roll) and preparing graphics for intros and outros. When physicians join Tanner they receive a promotional package which includes the video and other media such as direct mail, email, social media posts, a press release and promotion on the Tanner.org website.
Results
These videos have helped each doctor touch the community and also engage and gather new and old patients.
